After years of depleting my own body with restrictive diets and endless supplements, I realized that most of us don't need another detox. We need more nourishment.
As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Meal Planner, Yoga Teacher, and student of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I help people make any cuisine nourishing - without giving up the foods they love.
