Hi, I'm Debbie. I believe food should taste delicious, energize you, and be easy to digest - and that healing shouldn't feel punishing.

After years of depleting my own body with restrictive diets and endless supplements, I realized that most of us don't need another detox. We need more nourishment.

As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Meal Planner, Yoga Teacher, and student of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I help people make any cuisine nourishing - without giving up the foods they love. My approach is rooted in whole foods, high-quality ingredients, and cooking methods aligned with the seasons, your ancestry, and your body's individual needs. No one-size-fits-all plans, no dieting.

When I'm not in the kitchen or teaching yoga, you'll find me on my bike, dancing, or somewhere new in the world.
