In my early twenties I embarked on a transformative journey into self healing. This pursuit was ignited by years of chronic health issues that left me frustrated and feeling hopeless. This included digestive disorders, hormonal imbalance, sleep disturbances, skin issues, anxiety and brain fog. Despite countless attempts with various diets, consultations and an investment in supplements, relief seemed elusive. The more I searched for answers, the more stressed and confused I became. 

Desperate for change, I ventured into the realm of travel, yoga, meditation, and holistic health. This marked the beginning of a profound shift in my life. I witnessed my body gradually finding balance, the mental fog lifting and my relationship with food transforming into something wholesome and intuitive. My symptoms did not subside overnight, yet it was a slow process of finding my balance again, listening to my body & considering what changes I needed to make to feel well again. In the end it was really the small changes that made the biggest impacts. These were all things I had to figure out for myself, nothing that could be solved with a lab test, supplement or diet.

I am now on a mission to support others in their journey towards balance and optimal metabolic health. I believe that everyone deserves a better understanding of their health and the tools to unlock more energy, enjoy deeper sleep, and cultivate a joyful relationship with ourselves and eating.
