Be sure to source raw, unpasteurised honey and quality bee pollen which should be stored in a glass jar and kept in the fridge. I like to use grass-fed full fat yogurt, but any plain yogurt will do. This parfait is also delicious with sheep yogurt. Any chopped of fruit will do, i typically like to add frozen berries, chopped organic bananas or peeled and diced apple. I don't advise mixing citrus with this but instead sticking to sweet fruits.
